Gettin’ Down Around Town, New Bern ~
It’s a double bill tonight at The Brown Pelican, located at 411 Broad St., New Bern, NC. Bruce Lynch kicking off the night with an acoustic set of great grooves from 6 pm til 9 pm. Following his set it is a full tilt rockin’ experience with The Adam Hill Band live from 9 pm til midnight!
Live at Bear Town Market it is a birthday bash celebrating December birthdays with the rockin’ acoustics of the talented Wick Wickline performing live from 7-10 pm. BTM is located at 402 S Front St., New Bern, NC
Big Jim Kohler Band will be rocking their blues away tonight at BrÛtopia, located at 1201 Highway 70 E, New Bern, NC. Come on out and enjoy some great beer and awesome blues with this local four piece band with amazing talent.
Around The Region
Rick Huff will be giving up his tunes tonight at Harvey’s Deli & Tavern, located at 108 E Fremont Rd, Burgaw, NC. He gets the show started at 9 pm and will rock you right into Christmas Eve. Head out early for some good eats and stay for the great music!
Steel County Express will be rocking The Mad Boar Restaurant, located at 111 River Village Pl., Wallace, NC. Show stats at 8 pm and the band will rock you with modern country favorites and some familiar rock favorites as well.Come early, eat a great meal then stay to get rocked!
Country crooner Brendan Roberts originally from Newberry, SC, now living in Nashville, TN. He is bringing his own unique sound to country music to The Buccaneer Music Hall, located at 2120 E Fire Tower Rd., Greenville, NC. Come out and listen to this up and coming country star! The Embers will be doing a holiday show this evening at The Turnage Theater, located at 150 Main St., Washington, NC.Doors open at 6:30 pm and the show starts at 7:30 pm . Tickets are $20 and available at the door.
Looking more north and west, there is a Christmas Party going down at Burnouts Tavern, located at 42 Faith Baptist Church Rd., Pinetops, NC. On the bill you can rock to the sounds of Steel Standing. You are invited to wear your ugly Christmas Sweater for this event. There is a $5.00 music charge at the door.
The hard working funk and pop band TrainWreck will be rocking The Red Room tonight from 10 pm til 2 am. Located at 220 N Heritage Rd., Kinston, NC. There is a music charge at the door for admission, but the music is ALWAYS worth it! Be sure to check out this great band and get your funk in check before the new year!
If you miss them tonight they also have a show tomorrow evening, Christmas Eve at Gibby’s Dock & Dine, located at 315 Canal Dr., Carolina Beach, NC. That show will rock you from 8 pm til the midnight hour.
Along The Coast
The Roman Sams are the entertainment for the Christmas Party going down at Off the Hook, located at 105 S 7th St., Morehead City, NC. Music starts at 9:30 pm and the band will rock you until 1 am. If you have not heard this band, you are really missing out on a fun time of classic rock hits.
Live tonight at Cru Bar & Wine Store, located at 120 Turner St., Beaufort, NC, you can enjoy the sounds of Dick Knight this evening. He will be giving up is grooves from 8 til 11 pm.
The Emerald Club, located at 8102 Emerald Dr., Emerald Isle, NC, has Spare Change on the bill for their Christmas celebration. Come out and enjoy this party band with music starting at 10 pm.
Ed Prophet will be live tonight at The Boro Restaurant & Bar, located at 109 N Front St., Swansboro, NC. He will be offering his soothing acoustic selections from 7:30 til 10:30 pm tonight. Come for dinner and stay for the great music.
Looking down around the southern shores of the state, Hank Barbee (above) will be rocking the with his cousin Les Britt (below) live tonight at Jerry Allen’s Sports Bar & Grill, located at 1054 S College Rd., Wilmington, NC. Music starts at 9 pm and there will be lots of talent to embrace tonight.
