~ Spotlight on 2017 NC Seafood Fest and Our Local Favorites ~
I might be slightly excited about waking up to tell you that The Adam Hill Band will be welcoming all of the beautiful people out and about for day two, of the 2017 NC Seafood Festival, this gorgeous weather weekend. This last-minute gig came across the wire this week and I couldn’t be more delighted by this opportunity for this amazing band. They are going to stop y’all dead in your tracks when you hear that guitar call, as you walk along the waterfront. Be sure to stop by and enjoy a nice lunch and live music. The Adam Hill Band will be live in the beer garden at Off the Hook, 105 S 7th St., Morehead City, NC. They kick it from 12 pm til 4 pm and I look forward to seeing many wonderful and friendly faces this afternoon.
P.S. For those who can’t make lunch with Hill today, he will be in New Bern tomorrow for supper. Come enjoy a great night, awesome food and great music. He will be unplugged on the patio at The Harvey Mansion, 221 S Front St ., New Bern, NC, for a dinner show from 5-8 pm

Tonight you can rock to the tight rocking sounds of The Roman Sams, when they take the stage at Off the Hook from 9:30 pm til closing tonight. This rockin outfit out of Lenoir County delivers all of the classics, with great grooves to keep you locked in and dancing the night away.

Another place close by, offers some of my favorite live music, found around the scene is Tight Lines Brewing Co., located at 709 Arendell St., Morehead City, NC
Kicking things off for Day Two of this awesome three-day event.
One of this region’s coolest song professors is the talented stringer, Hank Barbee. Stop out and enjoy the unique sounds and fun beats of his band this evening, while enjoy some great brews and good food.
Hank Barbee and The Dust Parade will be live from 4:30-7:00 pm
Following Hank’s good time music, you can get ready to shake it for the rest of the night when the area’s own boogie party band The Spread, rocks the night away starting a 8:00 pm. 8:00 pm- closing. There is no cover charge for these events. So come out and support the area restaurants and enjoy the whole experience complete with fine NC music offerings. Cheers!
