While checking out the local music scene I noted early on that there was no one place for people to look so to seek out live music in my area. After noting all that was happening around my town and beyond, I created this blog to help connect people to music.
In the year and a half that I have been publishing your music options, I have become a reliable source for the local music scene. This blog supports all things live music. It was created to keep people in touch with our local music makers. They work hard to create our good times and I am dedicated to working hard broadcasting their events so that more people have an opportunity to get out and dance.
Growing and expanding with my own creations, I have set up a business to further help musicians and venues promote their shows. I am also here to work with other music promoters. I don’t feel like I am in competition with anyone, as we all have our own gifts and talents to share.
I have always been passionate about writing and I have always held a love for music. In covering the scene with diligence and passion, I have gotten better with the camera and I have learned many tricks with filming and editing videos. Years ago when I covered the music scene as a music journalist, I kept it simple. I wrote a weekly column that highlighted the shows I saw and the events to come.
Today, I hit the road running with a camera around my neck and a phone in hand to shoot video and promote my efforts through social media! Taking it one step further, I am now in business to help bands and venues promote their music more.
Please have a look at my new website and check out the services which are now being offered by yours truly. Thanks so much for your support. This venture is truly a dream come true for this music lover. Just click the link below to see more!
